Angus Bon and Malcolm got the idea for this song when they were at a concert and the concert wasn't very good and the singer got up to the stage and said " What do you want fuckin blood " and they thought that was a good title for the song but they changed it a lil bit !

The name was taken from the live album released a year earlier (1978)
