This song is about a prostitute Bon had fornicated with and she wasn't very pretty and she was fat. He tells of her sexual talents and how she turns him on.

It's a song about an unattractive, fat chick bon liked knocking boots with. 42-39-56 are her measurements and she weighs 19 stone (266lbs or 121kg).

I just need to clarify that rosie wasn't a prostitute. She was just very sexually active.
The story is that bon was walking down the street after a gig, and a woman pulled him into her house.. She ran off a [rather long] list of the names of people she previously had sex with (they happened to be mostly famous people or politicians.

if you get ahold of the cd volts, listen to all of ride on and at the end there was an interview with bon that says rosie was a huge girl that lived across the street from the hotel they stayed at. The song itself is about his intimate relationship with her, in the interview, he says he wished he hadent slept with her. The interview is about a minute past the end of ride on tehre are actualy several interview one of rosie and several about him puting out a new album with the band.
