I'm pretty sure pink refers to female genitalia rather than men's. I'm not going to go into details on each line, because it's a song and not every line needs to be looked at too closely, but it seems like someone discovering women and then becomes obsessed.

Yes this song IS about the female anatomy...there are many references...and the song is erotic.

Good work Tyler...made me laugh once I was old enough to understand the lyrics...the problem is...i was innocently singing along to it when I was 9 :S

...and I read on another lyrics interpretation site that this song was written about a groupie (the daughter told us!) because Stephen either sung it to her or told her ...apparently
