I would think he's talking about a man fantasizing with a blow up doll. According to some of the lyrics, "I bought you in a dimestore", "I'm so scared your head will come off in my hands", "rubber little lady", suggest that this man is talking to it while he's doing his thing.

straight from alice himself in his book, this was just a fun song about how himself and the guys in his band had suddenly made it, and were rolling in cash. thats the message even if its hidden in the lyrics
