It is talking about a girl that is going out with her man. Many of her so-called friends are telling her that her man is cheating and lying...etc. She is saying that unless she has proof of her man cheating than she will not break up with him. She is thinking that her friends (Jane Doe's) are the ones that are lying about him cheating so they can get with him after they break up.
