   this song is bout a girl that got out of a relationship but is from the point of view from a guy that is in love with her.
   You never one to use caution- she never thought about things and just jumped into a relationship with some asshole
   
   And youre gonna pay- it screwed her over

   it has absouloutley nothing to do with death

   I beleive this song is about a relationship and someone wishes that the other person could die because your so devestated and mad at them. But then if you did want them to die you would feel terrible becuase you still do love them.
