   When Balder is killed due to Loki tricks Hermod rides to Hel to beg for her to set Balder free. She agrees if only the whole world weeps. All things weep for Balders death. Except for one, Tock a raven that is acctually Loki in disguise. And so Balder must remain dead in Hel till Ragnarok.
