Andy Grammer: Keep your Head Up Meaning
Keep your Head Up Lyrics
I've been waiting on the sunset
Bills on my mindset
I can't deny they're getting high
Higher than my income
Incomes bread crumbs
I've been trying to survive
The glow that the sun gets

I believe Keep Your Head Up by Andy Grammer is about staying strong no matter what happens in life. Mostly everyone is struggling in life so what we all gotta do is keep our heads up. Everything will be alright and just fine.

I think this song speaks out to everyone struggling in this country. He says,"I've been waiting on the sunset, bills on my mindset. I can't deny they're getting high. Higher than my income, incomes breadcrumbs...."
My guess is, we're all struggling these days to make ends meet. So, I think that this song, is supposed to remind us what to do when life gets hard. We just have to say to ourselves, "The worse that I thought could happen to me, just happened to me. But, I'm going to be all right."
Bottom line, the moral of the song seems really self explanatory. When life gets hard we have two choices: We could either cry and complain about it, then that doesn't solve anything. Or, we could pick ourselves back up, be strong, and keep our heads up. Hence the name of the song.
