   its about a man that has accomplished a lot of things in his life. [outside shell is strong]. but the people around him arent giving him any credit.[you sit there and do nothing][dont acknoledge right]

   I think its sayin that there's no point in life and your gona die either way. Clairvoyant means "perceiving things beyond the natural range of the senses" so obviously this person put deep thought into the point of life, and when he didn't find one, he decided there was no point for himself to live.
