This song is about her not giving in to a boy who is pressuring her for sex. she says, "did I not tell you I'm not like that girl? the one who throws it all away." she's probably saying I'm not like your ex who always gave it to you.

She's talking about doing what SHE'S gonna do. She's telling the guy that no matter what, she's not going to have sex with him just because he was "nice" to her and tried to butter her up. She's stronger than that, and she just wanted him to know that.

This seems a song where the girl's being pressured into sex, and this girl could possibly still be a virgin who cherishes her virginity. This girl has the backbone to stand up to this guy and not giving in to his desires, "any thoughts of you and me have gone away" so she clearly wants out on this relationship following this guy's pressures.
