I'm not really sure is she is talking from experience in a relationship but in the song 'fall to peices' she is obviously having troubles in her relationship and doesn't want it to end. 'Make it through the fall make it through it all' she wants it to last even though she knows it might not....

It is about how she has lost the love of her life and she desperately wants him back.
She's trying to make it like she had it before but she feels he's moved on
She wans to "make it through the fall" as in the fall of their relationship and then she wants to just keep it the same and not talk about it cos she's too much in love with him

I know this cos I lost the love of my life and desperately want him back.......this song is my anthem

It sounds like she really likes someone, and "Today is the day", that she wants to say she loves him. She doesn't want to talk about it, she doesn't want a conversation. "falling" and "falling to pieces"; pretty much breaking down, breaking down and crying. or that telling him will be a fall, or the possibility that he doesn't like her, "wanna know how you feel", etc, etc...

She wants to get up enough courage to talk to someone. Whether it be about a relationship that could be...or once was. Honestly, I think that there was a break up involved and since that break-up she kept her feelings and thoughts about it inside, but now she feels it's time to tell that person how she's been feeling for sooo long. And she doesn't wanna break down or get scared because she wants to show that she's stronger despite what happened.

Ok so think this song is talking about a girl that is madly in love with some guy. And when she's at school all she can do when she is around him is just stare at him and imagine them being together. All though she doesn't want him to find out. Then one day sommehow he finds out but rejects her which is why she is singing "i don't wanna fall to pieces"

Okay you people are dumb. It's about a girl who's been in love with her boyfriend for a long time. Long time means they've obviously been through a lot. And when he screws up/fight, she always forgives him because she remembers how much she loves him. And instead of talking about it (making it worse) she just wants to stare at him, to remind her of the reasons why she loves him, because talking can cause more problems. And when she says she wants to cry in front of him, she wants him to see how much he's hurt her, without saying anything, to change him. She wants him to feel what she feels for him. She feels like they're falling out of love and she doesn't want to fall to pieces, because she's nothing without him. She wants to know what's going on in his head, and she wants to feel closer to him, like how she used to, when she first fell in love with him.
