Jackson Cannery is a factory where he works, the 'stop the bus' part is him getting sick of his job and quitting.

I think the 'But Big brother got the keys/And I got Jackson Cannery' part is in reference to his older brother was handed a car by his parents, while he has to work a shitty job for it; there's some resentment there.

The name cannery is the name of a mill in his hometown in N.C.
