   well i think the song is talking about women prostituting themselves...just look at the video half naked women dancing in a seductive way before men...if it were a positive song then she would portray women uplifting themselves like hardworking business women with suits...college grads like she mentioned in a short line...queens...like in alicia keys video superwoman..everything alicia sings bout she portrays it positively in her video...just doesnt look positive...she also clearly states that they make money..by running the world..and the men would "do anything for me"..hmmm beyonce that says alot about u.

   It's carzy i just seen the video and it`s just not right she is always talking about god and how much she love him and she does this for her and her family i hope she gets it together but she won`t she love the money too much cuz if u would ask her money or live like we do she would pick the money over it all and that not good !

   this song is obviously not about girl power but to her allegiance. As if too praise them selves and what they have conquered. To let them know she is down with the cause. If you listen to the lyrics its quite contradicting, if you RUN the world why do you need to PERSUADE anyone? why do you need anyone to PAY you? when you RUN it you right the checks, you order, you don't persuade. but this is all people need to be distracted by what the actual true message being conveyed.

    If you listen carefully and backwards.. you can understand everything
