I think that this song is giving a lesson and realizing things you never thought were true - B (6th)
I think when it says "slow down you crazy child. You're so ambitious for a juvenile," I think it means that you shouldn't be in a hurry to grow up - D (6th)

I think the song means to have fun and experience life before you grow old and in the part where it says "Vienna waits for you" it means that if you want to go home that there's people waiting for you. - E (6th)
When it says "slow down you're doing fine," I think it means this child keeps wanting to be everything at the same time, but someone is telling him its not possible - K (6th)
Vienna is a metaphor for: mother; grandmother; girlfriends; A place in life where you have achieved your goals.

I think that this song is about someone who is trying hard to be perfect and should slow down. "your so ahead of yourself" so I think you need to realize and you need to take your time and you can do it.-M
