This song is basically a fantasy in which Eminem imagines killing his wife, Kim, for cheating on Eminem. There is a line in the chorus which is poignant: "I don't wanna go on/livin' in this world without you."

This song is an outtake from arguments they had. He went on a 3 day writing binge while on drugs in Amsterdam and used all his anger to write "KIM."

This song is just creepin' about. Basically just what he wishes he would've done to Kim. I personally think both of them are pretty f**ked up in the head, but Em's been through a lot. He went to rehab and got help, he's still a bit psycho, but he's a good guy. Can't blame him for being mad and can't blame her for being traumatized. Imagine what Hailie's feeling.
