   Okay so basically this song is about how Eminem is back. Like the first line of the first verse:"Back by popular demand", he's saying that he's back and doing what he does best (rapping - if you didn't already guess that).    This song is just poking fun at well known celebrities at that time. Jessica Simpson & Tony Romo, Kim Kardashian, Sarah Palin, and Kid Rock. Honestly, I don't quite get the "We Made You" lyric of the song, but I could guess that he means that celebrities that aren't rappers or hoods, celebrities that are rock stars or football players or governors, have a better rule over the celebreties and better entitleship then hip-hop artists do.
