It's pretty simple to interpret this song.
"Hope this is the last time, cause I'd never say no to you." Is simply the chick continuously saying," Do you forgive me?" Because she keeps cheating on him. "This conversation's been dead on arrival." means that the conversation is going nowhere and he is tired of her saying sorry." And there's no way to talk to you." Means he can't talk to her about how he really feels about her cheating on him. For example, he might want to call her a friend-banging slut. "A rivalry goes so deep, between me and this loss of sleep over you." That he's tired of arguing and it's really starting to get to him. "This is side one, flip me over." I think this stands for that she hasn't seen (or heard) the last of him. "I know, I'm not your favorite record." Means she doesn't like him as she likes one of the guys she's cheating on him with. "The songs you grow to like never stick at first, so I'm writing you a chorus and hear is your verse." Bacilly means, she might half to listen to this song a couple times to realize it's about her and the guy would write an entire chorus just to teel her how much he hates her. "No, it's not the last time, cause I'd never say no to you. This conversation's still dead on arival" means she'll keep cheating and he'll keep forgiving her.

That's about this guy who likes this girl and he doesn't know what to say around her so it's a bad conversation. He's written this song to show how he feels about her.

I think it's about how a guy tries to talk to a girl he likes and there is no way he can do it because she doesn't want to talk to him at all

I also think it could be about a girl who he really likes but she's really shy and won't open up. ('There's no way to talk to you')

Well I think this song is about a guy who likes this girl who is messing him about, and he can't say no her, because he loves her to much, but she also likes some other guy, and he is finding it hard to talk to her because of this other guy, and the convo is going no where, and he is basically trying to say, 'give me a chance I can be just as good as this other guy!!' and the guy is losing sleep over it because he really wants her so bad!

I've always loved this song because it's in the neighborhood of unrequitted love. I don't think it's about cheating. Fall Out Boy does think about other things then all the girls that ever cheated on them I'm sure.
