Okay, to be perfectly honest, When I first heard this song I thought it was a "queer" song I appreciate y'all guys for clearing that up.

I think that "I only think in the form of crunching numbers .. In hotel rooms.." means that he only thinks about the number of girls he sleeps with, the girl is irrelevant, he just wants to like 'keep the numbers up'. Anyone agree?

I think the whole song is about the cellphone incident that happened to pete _the music video. Apparently he wanted to impress this girl and showed pics of himself but then obviously it didn't turn out the way he wanted it to so he's saying "thanks for the memories even though they weren't so good"

I think it is about a prostitute because of the line I only think in the world of crunching numbers. I'm probably wrong but hey

"The song, according to bassist Pete Wentz in an interview with Kerrang!, refers to a romantic relationship in which the initial sentiments have perished, but both lovers continue to "sleep with each other" to appease their physical and mental desires. The title, "Thnks fr th Mmrs" is the words "thanks for the memories" after having been disemvowelled, much like it would be written as part of a text message." -Wikipedia Don't belive me? Look it up.

"He Tastes Like You Only Sweeter" Is a line from the movie "closer" from which lines seem to appear in a great deal of FOB songs i've noticed.

For those guessing about why the title has no vowels in it, its not a symbol for anything. I don't remember exactly who, but someone wasn't going to let FOB title the song Thanks For The Memories, because they thought it was too long. So to mock them, they removed all the vowels to shorten it, but still have the title they wanted.

On the song name,it was named "thnks fr the mmrs" as sarcastic reply to the record company, who wanted Fall Out Boy to shorten the names of their songs.

"This song is about loving a girl so much and being so jealous of her that you just want to cut her up into pieces and eat her"
As said by Pete on the Live in Phoenix album

This song is about loving a girl so much but being so jealous of her that you want to cut her up into little pieces and eater and she tastes like you only sweeter.

Well, my interpretation was that, well, obviously, he had a one night stand with this girl.
the lyrics are just text message conversations. (hence why the title is in chat speak)
"he tastes like you, only sweeter" is what the girl texted to him, meaning her new boyfriend/sex partner/whatever you interpret is better than him, etc.

thats just what my friends and I think, and it seems to make a lot more sense to me than pete sleeping with his friends girlfriend; I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me (:
