Everything around him is silent and he's loenly and feels lost, he bdgind to talk at first with just a few words but soon these turn to pharses and the pharses turn to prays. Those prays where for help and so after asking for help he begins wonders if anyone hear him or even took notice, he just wants to know that if he should fall in life there will be someone to support him.

This is one of the few song where I interpret it into religous context these calls of help could be for God and whats sharpening are the teeth of the hell-mouth about to swallow him if a higher power does show him the way back, leading him home.
