Yep it's about an obsession with someone who she would do anything for. She'd die for them etc. About undying love and dedication really.

Betray your body, your body betrays you, betray your body, you betray you, betray your body, you betray the one you love, respect your body, the one you love needs your body and loves you, stop betraying yourself, your mind says you are not, but you have been betraying your body by not letting the one you love love you, pull away from your mind, it deceives you, you crush yourself and those around you that care about you that truly love you for you, if you can not or do not understand they will be waiting... for as long as it takes to see that you are the only one that can and will be able to understand

Garbage says a great deal about symptoms of what love can do to a person if the adored one is allowed to override character with false pretense.
Save me burnt out light bulbs, tubes, and a cap from the pile of debri you must clean to complete your task, and hold on to them for an undisclosed time period as if in a tomb with treasures and precious things that somehow are supposed to replace the 'emotion' that is lacking while not in the flesh.
The title is because the only result can be that the devoted one gets crushed by a willingness to be stomped upon by the adored one or in some cases, the adored one uses a ploy to eleviate the pain or to direct some other to do 'empowerment work' by 'promising' that if the tool will mock the the devoted one that the adored one truly has feelings for regardless of the type since the tool has no idea what the reasons are then the tool becomes 'special' and can not because of the origin of creation by the adored one and as a way out, since the tool believes that the badge provided by the adored one is permanent, the adored one can change their mind and say, I did not mean it, it was all to make the devoted one 'better than a tool' after determining that the devoted one was beautiful the way they were and are.
The devoted one can be saved in retrospection, by learning from mistakes made and understanding that when the body is blamed for betraying them, that they are in fact deluding themselves, because the body is controlled by the every day decisions made by their conscious self, which in fact is controlled by their subconscious already layed out rules of engagement created far in the past perhaps before they were born from 'mothers womb.' In other words the devoted one must understand what they are, throw out lines to those adored and be patient hoping that one of the adored will realize that the devoted one is not being stepped on but raising them higher, not on a pedestal, but closer to the stars in the sky the devoted one may not touch, because of their passing through to the other side, unless the devoted one determines how to get to the other side without losing themself in the process.
Through the retrospect is action, that may seem futile or odd as if walking off of a cliff or a ledge or from the balcony of an eighth story hotel room or jumping into a river with all your clothes on in an attempt to stay warm while swimming across to the other side, but here the actions or decisions made are based off of more than faith and more than following directions because reasoning must be included, knowing what you are capable of whether based on past decisions or an affirmation while within the ‘grasp of reality’ is important and must be considered while making decisions, the problem being that reality can play mind games on those seeking truth, when information is withdrawn, withheld, erased that could change the entire picture or otherwise undisclosed, and any part of you may at any time decide to keep from exposing the entire truth to overcome a weakness or hide a flaw that seems a given part of them as if without a cure, but remains because it seems to have always been there
