First off, the song is F.O.D. (Fuck Off and Die) by Green Day. It is about hating someone who backstabbed you.

After the song reaches about 4:09 it is actually a new song "All By Myself" written and sung by Tre Cool. Tre also plays the guitar. It is about lonlieness and masturbation. Rumoured to be recorded at a party. It is the only hidden track on a Green Day album.

The song in my point of view means that someone was hiding something in a relationship. Hence the first verse:

"Something's on my mind
It's been for quite some time

the relationship was fun for a while but then things went terribalyly wrong hence the verse after the 1st corus:

"Stuck down in a rut of dislogic and smut

But was it all REAL fun"

In the corsue he is looking back on the memories and wants to relive the happy times of the relationship:

The rest of the song (not the chorus) he is saying good-bye to the girl who had broken his heart with whe lines:
