   The song is about cross-dressing. (Yeah, thats the educated way to say a guy who dresses like a girl) 'Started at the age of four' doesn't mean he started cross-dressing then, just that he thought his mom had better (so to say) clothes then his father. 'Daddy threw me in therapy' just tells about how he had troubles at home since the father was probably a homophobe. 'Who put the drag in the drag queen' just emphisizes how people are always making it hard for the narrator.

   K, "Started at the age of 4" Meaning he did this when he was four. (I'm not saying its a real story). And then when his father walks in the room. He takes him to therapy. He isn't gay HE'S 4 YOU DON'T MAKE THE DECISION OF BEING GAY, STRAIGHT, OR BI TILL LATER IN YOUR LIFE.    No no no. It was written by Tre Cool, and its not a true story, but it's about him being a little boy [probly about 4 or 5] and he goes into his moms room and finds a leather thong and thinks that it is kings clothing, so he wears it thinking that his friends will be impressed [wait till all the guys get a load of me]
