   I think it tells the story of a woman, that maybe, suffered from depression (or something else, maybe she was schizophrenic...    I think that it is about a married couple who got in some sort of argument, she left him and the man doesn't know if it was his fault or her fault which is why they used the word blood.    It's about a police investigation,the start is a man's suicide note. The 2nd verse is the truth about the death which was actually murder by the man's girlfriend.
