   I think it's a song about a man who loves his lady. I think she has had a long past of painful experiences that she is working through and may cause riffs in their relationship. I think he's saying he sees through all her troubles and sees her beauty and strength. He's telling her that he will be her rock (so to speak). She can take her time going through what she's going through - and he'll be there still. He loves her and wants her to feel his love and trust him. I think the song is amazingly beautiful! He says that he's struggling because she's struggling - but she's not strong enough to do anything...but he's going to be strong enough for both of them right now.    Self explanatory, how the singer try to convey a message to someone they loved.

   "Cause even the stars they burn. Some even fall to the earth." -This means that no one's perfect. If you can't do it, it's okay. Just keep on trying cause one day, you'll get it right.
   "God knows I'm tough enough." -Doesn't mean that you're not special to others, you're not special. To God you are special. It's not what they think, it's what that guy up there thinks.
