This song is about about Joe Jonas and his ex Taylor Swift. and his Girlfriend Camilla belle. The song says"I got a rep for breaking hearts

So this song is just practically making fun of taylor Swift. If you look at the lyrics you can see how it applies to Taylor Swift and Camilla Belle.
