I think that the "communication" is that he tries to talk to a certain someone but "breaksdown" whenever attempting. That's why it drives him insane. Thats my point of view.

This is a song that the yardbirds used to do, except souped up a little. It's obviously just your run-of-the-mill blues-rock song, but played by zeppelin, who, in case you didn't know, were originally called The New Yardbirds
