I think blind is about how a teenager feels about thier parent. Like thier parent has an issue, whatever it may be (drugs, alcohol, divorce) and the kid just can't take it when they are around them now. Because it brings back so many memorys about how it felt before they had that problem. And the teenager is saying how they love thier parent but the problem he/she has is making thier love blind and un-readable. And they just keep saying how they never thought they would make it to that point, and how they just have to give up on that person.

The song Blind is a song Jason Wade wrote about what his father did when jason was a child. If you've ever seen the video it's about a faher who sleeps with countless women everyday. And has no care for his child's feelings and what not. Adn was never around. And that's exactly what happened to Jason as a child. Jason gave this information in a interview.

I think this song is about a father that leaves his family, seen from the eyes of a child. Children love their parents unconditionally and can see past the faults, thereby making them "blind" to imperfections. Over time, this child let go of his father's image and his memories.
