I haven't completely studied the lyrics yet, but on the first few listens, this song reminds me of girls that idolize soldiers that go to war. She's sort of making a satire of that. It sounds like a party where all the girls want to see the boys but they're all at war, and "How many boys to start a war?". How many boys are there at war?
I think that's what this is about.
