This song is about a military base, probably area 51 or something similar. Most of the lyrics talk about aliens and new technology being developed.

This song is about - a secret military installation - Hangar 18 - which was supposedly located at Wright-Patterson Airforce Base in Ohio. Http://www.wpafb.af.mil/.

Hangar 18 was purported to contain a multitude of unidentified flying object crash recovery operations, most well-known being the unidentified flying object that crashed and was recovered from Roswell, NM in 1947, along with that craft's occupants.

An elaborate underground cyogenics systems was created to maintain the occupant's un-decomposing suspended state, for study and further evaluation.
