Victory is actually a song that sums up the greatness of megadeth up to the youthanasia period it wasnt planned or anything which makes more kick ass it was written in 20 min. or so off the top of daves head the song is basically a summary of what megadeth has done up until youthanasia. I guess you can sorta call it a "greatest hits" wrap up in one song
