   Actually, the song is about Blake Shelton's brother Richie, who died in a car accident when Blake was 14. Hence, the name 'Shelton' on the tombstone in the video.

   I think it's about a couple, and a car crash where one of died. The other one's trying to get over them though they think they never will.
