This song is about a guy that meets his dream girl, very akwardly "Your eyes were covered in sunglasses when they first met mine,I sat there and stared at you, you didnt seem to mind, the akward ways we meet". He is going to go out on a date with her, and is going through everything waiting for the time to leave "first comes heavy breathing, staring at the ceiling"

He is very nervous about the date "I never cared how I dressed before, but I cared that night. Anticipation ran through my bones, and my clothes never fit right" They start to get into a really good relationship "Framed pictures start being put on the walls. Constant visits while I'm out on the road. Its hard to breathe sometimes, but you know where I lay my head at night" And through all this, he has no idea, and doesn't want to have any idea whats going to happen next "What will happen next? I don't wanna know"

I have seen the music video of this song and its all what the above person said but I think the guy made her girl pregnant that was why she was crying and he doesn't want to know what will happen next. This is just a speculation.
