Okay, so I might not be reading in deep enough, but here's what I think:

At the beginning when he's talking about all the things he "likes" about this girl, he seems a bit sarcastic to me. Or maybe he liked it at the time.
Over time, he realized what she was really, I mean, REALLY like. A coked-up whore.

He comes to the realization of what she's all about, and he begins to realize that all the things he seemed to "like" about her before are the very things that he ended up hating about her in the end.
When he's talking about killing her, I don't think that he's really killing her. He gets to the point to where he hates her so much that he is imagining, fantasizing if you will, about killing her because she seemed like such a waste of time.

He ends the song with the simple statement " Gone for good" which is very self-explanatory. He was through with her, and there was no going back to fix things. It was too messed up to fix.

There you go! Agree with me, or not, but that's just what I think.

I think this song is about a guy who has sex with this chick a lot, then he marries her and pretends he likes EVERYTHING (the places they go, the people she knows, etc.), but she drives him crazy (but he still likes the sex, hence the last verse).
