   You people are over thinking it. Chad, himself, even admitted in an interview that it was written about a certain person, but wouldn't say who because it could land him in court.    This song speaks about how people spoil one's life by actually by either shitty ways. It might be stealing one's love, or stealing one's friends. Although it speaks about a person's anger on what they want to do against that person, it is also regarded as a comical song along with the greatest irony, they want to do something, but they cannot do it at all!

   This one seems like kind of a sarcastic play on war. It seems to emphasize how it always seems to start as a result of a small disagreement (Say anything you want, but talk will get you nowhere). I think the chorus outlines it the best, because "You've gone too far!!!", "Who do you think you are!?" are usually used more in stupid arguments.
   
   In short - this is Nickelbacks way of saying how immature war actually is.
