I think this song is about ozzy getting old and still enjoying the rock n roll lifestyle "all my life I've been over the top" is like him starting with black sabbath and then goning solo and all the people he worked with like randy and wylde

This song is about how even though Ozzy is getting older and his health isn't what it used to be, he still doesn't want to stop performing. Even though people are telling him to retire, he refuses.

I agree with Magnoodle. This song tells people that Ozzy is never giving up his throne as the King of Darkness!!
