I think this song is about pink when she get it contact with her 13 year old self and realizes that her younger self is scared.

This song is about p!nk reflecting on teenage years, how she would comfort herself, and how she felt at that age, and especially how it is going to get better.

I'm pretty sure this song is about how the now Pink, is talking to her past self (hypothetically) when she was 13 and everything seemed wrong. She's saying that she understands how she feels because she used to be her, and that she knows that she feels hurt, and angry, and scared and everything is complicated but things are going to get better but thats all she can do, is tell her 13 year-old self that things will be Ok. This is one of my absolute favourite songs cause I always feel like its speaking to me. I was 13 when I first heard it too lol. Ironic much

I first heard this song when I was 13, actually, lol. I think this song is about how she was when she was 13,the things she thought were a big deal she knows now aren't and weren't, she's not only talking to her old self as a teenager, but also anyone else who thinks things will never get better at that age. Great song, one of my favorites by her!
