This song as with all the songs is about her father and the feelings she had towards him. She is distraught with his passing and keeps his memory safe with the doll. She tells him that no matter what happened or what the story is she still loves him and will keep him forever with her. She feels that now that he is gone she is lost in a large strange world. All things have changed and become distorted.
She consoles herself with knowing that he is still around even if it is only memories and the sweet spanish doll.

I wish to rephrase what I said. I meant all the songs on the Haunted album are about her father.
