This intriguing song has to do with a happy man doing something great and giving similes on how he feels "I'm a satellite on a collision course" when mercury states "floating around in ecstasy" he means the adjective: a force that makes you feel happy

mercury never took ecstasy just mary jane.

Everyone likes to say that everything written by Queen is about Homosexuality and AIDS, in reality this song and Scandal are probably the only songs that have anything to do with homosexuality, and Show Must Go On is the only one about AIDS

Again I state like the others about sex but I believe most of Freddies work was all about fun and the magic was how people could relate to it by making there own assumptions in fact when asked he said roughlyy that
