   This song may have lyrical hints towards drugs. but i assure you this song is not about drugs and addiction. If anything this is a well disguised song about satanism. not particularly meaning that these band members and DAVE GROHL believes in Satan. there are many types of this type of belief. one is the Theistic/Spiritual Satanism. Which im going to figure that this is the type that they belive in. than you have the so called Devil Worshiping Satanism where they actually believe in Satan and god, but they prefer to worship satan. This song talks about the give that you give to me. which i am figuring is talking about they're occult type rituals and beliefs.Then the lyrics that says something like, "Heaven smiles above me
   What a gift there below, But no one knows". This is referring to the fact that they could be like the so called, "Norm", and follow life's little rules that is easily influenced by Christianity and religion in general, but what they have could only come from below. Their theistic satanic beliefs or simply the devil himself.
   
   .although i am anonymous, i would like to clarify that i am neither christian or satanic. i am just very knowledgeable on all religions. many bands are confused for believing these things, but the ones that actually do are usually very cryptic with they're underground messages. i assure you that this band and dave grohl, lead singer of foo fighters and past drummer of nirvana are satanists. dave grohl doesnt technically hide it, he just doesnt advertise it. he has on many occasions worn an upside down cross for a necklace.
