   Honestly, I think he is in a relationship up with someone who no longer wants to have sex. He's already regretting living through the best part of his life without an intimate relationship. Thus the "stealing your love away cause you never give it. Peeling the years away
   And we can't relive it".

   He had a great time being with her to start with, but now he's losing the connection with her. He's tired of all the pain he has to go through(the line I make you laugh, and you make me cry..clearly saying it's too hard for him).
