I was having some troubles with a girl who just broke up with me, and this song (along with a few friends) is what really kept me going.

I kept on telling myself (and her) that I support what she does 100%, whether it involves me or not.

With that in mind, I can believe this song being for Flea, but I think it also sends a message that you have to really be supportive if you ever want to get through life. You can't just expect everything to work out, you have to force yourself to be cool and understand.

This is my favorite RHCP song....and while it might refer to genuine love at some parts...it also definitely refers to sex a lot.

This song is self explanatory he loves her and wants her to be happy no matter who she is with. That is true love. I would say this is my absolute favorite song of all time. It means a lot to me because this guy that I like dedicated it to me. I want him to know that I still love him and I really appreciate him.

I don't mean to be an ass but you are all wrong. this was written by anthony and played at Chad's wedding. I know this for a fact because my friends aunt is chads wife. I have seen the wedding tape and anythony flea and john got on stage and played while they danced. it truely is an amazing song. I love them, they're vrrrrrry talented people.
