This song is about Chris's life because he use to have a eating disorder. So this whole song is basically about that

All of us (cats and kittens) can pretty much relate to this song which is basically about running circles of emotion till you're finally out of breath (bad analogy, let me elaborate). It's about this dude who, after a long relationship gone way of south, tries to patch things up with this broad but she's not really diggin him like before so she breaks it off and all he can do is remember her and the good times and it kills him emotionally. Also to she probably has moved on with her life. In a nutshell, two people who are good for each other but for one reason or the other it is doomed to fail never to be mended.....henceforth, a certain tragedy.
