The song is about eating people (not sexually), but physicaly tearing them apart and devouriting them piece by piece.

I believe this to be kind of the Catholic version of Hell, being ripped to pieces, every day, for eternity. The feast part doesn't neccessarily mean your body's being eaten, just a wide arrangement of your body strewn all over the place, with you feeling every unimaginably painful moment. (Shutters) That shit's creepy, but still makes for one badass song.
