A.D.D. stands for "American Dream Denial." The first part of the song says, "We fought your wars with all our hearts, you sent us back in body parts, you took our wills with the truth you stole..." This song is somewhat misleading, but it's about the government sending men to war and destroying their future. In the song's chorus, Serj Tankian states that we aren't putting up with this anymore, "we don't give a **** about your world." This phase is repeated 12 times throughout the song, and it is obvious that this is Tankian's main point in the song: We don't care about your (the government) world (or your objectives; we don't care what you want.) We are no longer fighting for your cause. Serj makes a strong point in this song. Awesome song!
