It's one of my favorite Taking Back Sunday songs. This speaks of ending a relationship because of non-committal. Fear of dying miserably and alone. I think. I just would like to understand the title. please... anyone?

I got this from wikipedia (about the fall out boy song "sugar, we´re goin down", but I think it could help you): "The line, "I'll be your number one with a bullet" is a nod towards the movie, High Fidelity, where Rob talks about Laura being on his Top 5 of Worst Break-Ups with a bullet."

Perhaps this quotation from wikipedia could help you (it´s about the fall out boy song "Sugar we´re going down", but there is a similar text): "The line, "I'll be your number one with a bullet" is a nod towards the movie, High Fidelity, where Rob talks about Laura being on his Top 5 of Worst Break-Ups with a bullet."
