I think that this song is about someone who is an out cast at their own doing. They are not nice, but once were a friend.

In my opinion, it's hard to tell what this song means. Maybe it would be easier if there was a video for it. Anyways, I see it as saying that when you're having a difficult time, you shouldn't let it crash your world. Also, that during these hard times, you shouldn't just give up and run away from your problems. And finally, that you should never doubt yourself no matter what's going on.I don't really know, that's just what I see. If anyone has a video please paste a link!

Um, I think this song is saying that that someone, or everyone, is trying to give up too easily, and that they need to stick it out no matter what. And the "change your mind" thing is saying, change your mind away from the easy way. It'll be better if you stick it out. It will be more worth it.
