   He's afraid to let himself completely fall for the girl and start a relationship because that will mean he hands over his power to her.    I think he's hoping to find someone out there in the world that is just right for him, but at the moment all he can do is fantisize the perfect girl with a gental touch and smiling face.He's tired of crying and tired of being loney thats cleary stated and he obviously cant function right.    I think it's about having a connection with someone, and wanting to be with them, thinking that person will help you out of your misery and loneliness, but the fear of getting caught up in something is too big, cause you'll be needing them to stay out of that loneliness, and holding on too tightly will drive them away eventually..
   
   So you're never ready to be with him/her until you lift yourself up in some way, but at the same time you feel like you need him/her to even get that far, cause you really don't know what else to do..
