When Jim Morrison is singing about "the spy" that is just another name for God. "I know your deepest secret fears", when he says "I'm a spy in the house of love" he means the house of love is your heart.

In the movie "The Doors" by Oliver. They interpret this song to be about sex. "the spy" and "the house of love" being male and female parts. Lots of things in the movie may be wrong, but they wouldn't have that part if it weren't true.
