It's a great song. I think it's probably about drunk driving, think about it.

"Gravity plays favorites I know it 'cause I saw; Honest to God officer it's awful; Down at work I'm getting too familiar with the floor; Trading in my talents by the mouthful"

The drunk driver explaining to the officer it wasn't them. Trading in their talents by the mouthful would be drinking.

"Hate to break it to you but it's out of my control; Forces go to work while we are sleeping; If I could attack with a more sensible approach; Obviously that's what I'd be doing"

The forces would be the drunk drivers in general. I'm not sure about the last two lines. Possibly saying they wish they hadn't been drinking?

"Necks are cracking sideways; Hit me from the back side; I am on the white side; You are on the black side; Cut a piece that's bite size; Shoot me from my good side; If you got a straight line; This would be a good time"

Someone gets killed in an accident invovling *gasp* a drunk driver! The driver has been arrested, the straight line refers to a sobriety test.

There is a part near the end when you hear in the background the alphabet being sung. This would be another sobriety test.

It justs makes sense to me!

I really like that interpretation. It makes a lot of sense. Personally I think it's about being raped. Spending too much time getting familiar with the floor. If I could find a more sensible approach that's what I'd be doing. I think that means if she could find a way to avoid it she would. I dunno the drunk driving does make A LOT of sense. Thank you. ^_^
