I'm pretty sure everyone knows this, BUT:

DeeDee wrote it about his teen to adult life on the corner of 53rd and 3rd hustling his body for money and drugs.

The end with "then I took out my razorblade" and all that jazz, is just DeeDee was saying that he is no sissy or fag, and doing it doesn't make him any less tough.
